What rewards can I earn?
For every qualified referral, you can earn up to $250. The amount that you earn is based on the invoice total of the person that you referred. The following table shows the amount you will earn, for various customer invoice tiers:

What is the A+ Referral Program?
It is our way of saying “thank you” for spreading the word. When you invite friends, family, or colleagues to try our services, we reward you with your choice of gift cards, including a MasterCard cash card, an Amazon gift card, or many other options. It’s a win-win: your friends that you refer get $50 off their service order (or 5%, whichever is greater), and you earn rewards.
Is it free to join?
Yes, absolutely. Joining the A+ Referral Program is completely free. There are no sign-up fees or hidden costs to become a referrer.
How do I sign up?
If you are an active A+ Garage Doors customer, you will receive a personalized referral link through an SMS message. If you are not yet an A+ customer, you can use the general referral link on this webpage, also linked here.

How do I refer people?
With your unique referral link on your dashboard, you can:
- Copy and paste the link into texts oCopy and paste the link into texts or emails.
- Share it directly to your social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) using the buttons on your dashboard.
- Use your personalized QR code if you are referring someone in person.r emails.
Does my referral link expire?
Your link does not expire! You can put it in your social media bio or posts, and it will continue to work indefinitely.
How do you know I referred someone?
We use a specialized tracking system. When someone clicks your unique link, you are then tagged in our system as the “referrer,” and you will be rewarded based on the invoice total of the person you have referred.
Can I refer myself?
Yes, you can refer yourself. You will receive $50 off of your invoice total, or a 5% discount (whichever amount is greater).
Rewards & Payouts
When do I get paid?
We have a standard approval period of one week from the time that the job has been completed and the customer has paid to ensure the referred customer doesn’t cancel or return their purchase. Once that period clears, your rewards are available and will be sent to you via email.
Where can I see my earnings?
- If you are the customer getting work done you will receive your $50 Off or 5% Off at the time of service.
- If you are the person referring someone to A+ you will receive an email with a link to pick out a gift card of your choice.
Troubleshooting
I referred a friend, but I don’t see the reward yet. This usually happens for one of two reasons:
- Pending Status: The customer has yet to have the service completed but they are on the schedule. The referral was tracked, but is still within the approval window. Once the job is completed and paid for we will get your reward sent out within a week.
- Cookie Miss: Your friend might not have used your specific link, or they might have used a different device to sign up than the one they clicked the link on. If you are sure they signed up, contact our support team with their name and email, and we can look into it manually.
